Didn't think you needed an iPad? Think again!

When the iPad was announced, we all crammed into a conference room to watch live and drool over every shiny corner and reflecty icon. After the glow of the initial announcement wore off, many of us came to the conclusion that the iPad was actually pretty useless. "It's a giant iPhone!" some said. Others exclaimed, "WTF, no Flash!?". Still, we knew that most Apple fanbots (us included) would have to have one anyway. Knowing that many of our loyal geeky customers would eventually get their retractable claws on an iPad at some point, we knew we needed to take it to the next level. What cool things could we do with the iPad that you, our lovely geek customers, would squee over? A few brainstorming sessions later, the idea of a MAME cabinet came up and we knew we'd struck gold. 아이패드의 아케이드 캐비넷, 아이케이드!!

와 진짜.. 아이디어도 좋고.. 구매욕구가 팍팍 생기는 파생상품이다.

옛날 오락실느낌을 내주는 외장도 그렇지만 사실 게임하기엔 아케이드 게임기의 조작이 최고지 않은가!

(물론 터치에 특화된 게임들도 많지만) 아이패드의 광활한 화면에 저 레버와 버튼을 이용해서 스트리트파이터와

동키콩 등을 할 생각을 하면 오!!! 이건 뭐 필수 구매품이 아닌가 싶다.

게다가 2.1채널의 스피커+우퍼도 달렸다고 하니.. 그럭저럭 괜찮은 음질을 기대해도 되겠다.

아이패드를 구입하느냐 마느냐에 대해서 고민중이었는데.. 이 제품덕에 살짝 구입쪽으로 기울것 같다.

(그런데.. 국내에서 구입할 수 있을까? - _-)
